Egg white 41g
Sugar 32g
Cream of Tartar 1g

Method:
- Preheat the oven.
- Firstly, whip the egg white in a steel bowl.
- After the egg white become foam texture, mix in the other ingredient gradually.
- When the batter done, transfer it into a pan that been greased.
