ANGEL CAKE

Ingredients:

Sugar 10g

Cake flour 15g

Egg white 41g

Sugar 32g

Cream of Tartar 1g

Salt A pinch


Method:

  1. Preheat the oven.
  2. Firstly, whip the egg white in a steel bowl.
  3. After the egg white become foam texture, mix in the other ingredient gradually.
  4. When the batter done, transfer it into a pan that been greased.
